RETURN POLICY

14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase with order # will also be required. 

Return requests can be made by emailing info@limitedpress.ca with your order number and name and the item wished to be returned. Once the return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email info@limitedpress.ca with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. 

Refunds

Once refund is approved, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order.

You will also receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on the bank or credit card company, it can take up to 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

Exchange requests can be made by emailing info@limitedpress.ca with your order number and name and the item wished to be exchanged. You can exchange your item for a different size subject to availability.

Your exchange will be processed and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the return being delivered. 

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

Final Sale

All items marked Final Sale or listed as Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Canada Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $90.00 before taxes.

Orders under $90.00, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 days, please contact info@limitedpress.ca 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Tracking

Once you have been notified your order has shipped, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you are experiencing delays in the shipping process, or the order is shown as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier from the tracking number provided for updates or delivery date. The carrier will then reach out to us to help assist with the investigation.
